Established in 2004, Sherborn Development Group is a real estate development company focused on building luxurious single-family homes in the suburbs west of Boston. PLAN – PERMIT – BUILD
We often start working with clients at the land acquisition phase of the project to help evaluate the attributes of a particular parcel. We help the client conceptualize the new residence, organize a team that includes architects and designers, and set up an efficient plan for the build. The entire permitting process and all the related engineering, is handled by our team, to help ensure timely starts to our projects. Not only do we deliver our projects on time and on budget, we pride ourselves on delivering quality homes that exceed our client’s expectations.
